After joining Industry Serve Engineers, he played a key role in bringing up the company from scratch to the ICTAD M2 (C3) rating. Motivated by the project achievements he enjoyed, Priyantha De Silva climbed up the organisational steps from Engineer to Operations Manager during his 15 years stay at Industry Serve Engineers. Through his versatility and experience in various aspects in civil, mechanical & electrical engineering fields, Priyantha De Silva makes the hub of VONTA ENGINEERS.

He han-dled a variety of projects for International Construction Consortium (ICC), Industry Serve Engineers & Al-ec LLC-UAE.
