Obtaining National Diploma in Engineering Science in 1995, Priyantha de Silva served for Walker Sons & Company Engineers (Pvt) Ltd as an Engineer and gained immense experience. After joining Industry Serve Engineers, he played a key role in bringing up the company from scratch to the ICTAD M2 (C3) rating. Motivated by the project achievements he enjoyed, Priyantha De Silva climbed up the organisational steps from Engineer to Operations Manager during his 15 years stay at Industry Serve Engineers. Through his versatility and experience in various aspects in civil, mechanical & electrical engineering fields, Priyantha De Silva makes the hub of VONTA ENGINEERS.

After obtaining National Diploma in Engineering Science in 1997, Lakmal Fernando went in pursuit of pro-fessional achievements in technical & management aspects in the construction industry. His experiences in various local & international construction firms made Lakmal a keystone of VONTA ENGINEERS. He han-dled a variety of projects for International Construction Consortium (ICC), Industry Serve Engineers & Al-ec LLC-UAE.
